r baji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and r baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r baji website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services. By accessing r baji, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

r baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. The platform is accessible at r-baji.ws and provides cricket betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, fishing games, and other forms of online entertainment in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the r baji platform in any capacity. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and r baji relating to the use of the platform.

r baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the r baji website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.

To access r baji's real-money gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. Account registration is subject to the following conditions and requirements:

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) r baji account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account registration on r baji is available only to natural persons. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time you access r baji services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to your location.
• Upon registration, you will be required to accept these Terms and the r baji Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account creation.

KYC Verification: r baji requires all registered accounts to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before the first withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit may be restricted from withdrawal until verification is successfully concluded.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your r baji username and password. r baji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account login — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, contact r baji support at [email protected] immediately.

r baji operates a strict 18+ age policy. Use of the r baji platform — including account registration, depositing funds, placing wagers, and redeeming bonuses — is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

By registering an account on r baji, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. r baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to NID, passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, and all funds in that account will be placed on hold pending investigation.

• Where r baji reasonably suspects that an account is being accessed by a minor, access will be suspended without prior notice pending age verification.
• Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.
• Deposits made by underage players may be returned to the original payment method, less any transaction costs, at r baji's discretion following investigation.
• r baji actively supports responsible gaming measures aimed at preventing underage gambling and works to ensure that its platform is not accessible to minors.

All financial transactions on r baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r baji does not apply currency conversion fees on its side; however, standard transaction charges from your mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply independently.

Deposits: The following deposit methods are accepted on r baji:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay
• Bank Transfers: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard

Minimum deposit amounts are ৳500 via MFS and ৳1,000 via bank transfer or card. bKash and Nagad deposits credit to your r baji account balance instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the financial institution involved.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified payment method registered under the same account holder's name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Verified accounts requesting bKash or Nagad withdrawals can expect processing within one (1) to three (3) hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• r baji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

r baji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer type) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• r baji reserves the right to determine which games contribute towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain other titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• r baji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and associated winnings — if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for new player promotions.
• All bonus offers have defined validity periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the stated validity period will expire without compensation.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day) or cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) are subject to specific additional terms published at the time of the promotion.

The maximum welcome bonus available on r baji is ৳25,000 BDT on qualifying first deposits, subject to the specific terms of the welcome offer active at the time of your registration. r baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the r baji sports betting platform. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the r baji platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are accepted at r baji's sole discretion. r baji reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to brief processing delays. r baji is not liable for bets accepted after the outcome of an event has been determined due to latency in live data feeds.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the platform during a live betting session, r baji will attempt to settle affected bets based on available data at the time of the disruption. Where no reliable settlement data exists, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply on all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. r baji may impose individual account-level stake restrictions without prior notice.

Cricket Betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers):

• Cricket matches must be completed (or reach a result-determining point as defined per competition rules) for bets to stand. Abandoned or suspended matches without a result are settled as void, with stakes returned.
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result, bets are settled on the official DLS-adjusted outcome unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Ball-by-ball in-play markets operate on a delivery-by-delivery basis. Results are determined by official scorecards from the governing body (ICC or BCB as applicable).

Casino Games:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or RNG game round that has already been initiated, the round will be completed and settled by the game server. r baji is not liable for the outcome of rounds affected by player-side connectivity issues.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games are as published by the respective game studios. r baji does not alter RTP values from those certified by the game provider.

By using the r baji platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Lawful Use: You must use the r baji platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You must notify r baji promptly if any of your registered details change.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation on the r baji platform. This includes but is not limited to: collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, and any form of money laundering.
• No Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the r baji platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the intended gameplay experience.
• Responsible Gaming: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to play responsibly. You commit to using the responsible gaming tools available on r baji — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming a concern.
• Single Account: You confirm that you hold only one r baji account and will not attempt to register or operate additional accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming or circumventing account restrictions.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account and must take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, including using a strong, unique password and enabling 2FA where available.
• No Underage Access: If you are aware of or suspect that a minor is attempting to access r baji services using your account or device, you must take immediate steps to prevent such access and inform r baji support.

Breach of any user obligation set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, permanent ban from the r baji platform, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your r baji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, r baji will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in a closing account will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable pending transaction charges. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to r baji for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account cannot be reopened, and r baji will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests should be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".

Suspension by r baji: r baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder without prior resolution through r baji support
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated inactive; r baji will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity policy

Effect of Termination: Upon closure or suspension of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by r baji — all pending bonus funds, unmet wagering requirements, and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet been legitimately withdrawn are forfeited. Real-money balances in accounts closed due to fraud or material Terms breach are also subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Disputes: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may raise a formal dispute by contacting r baji support at [email protected]. r baji will review all formal disputes and respond within five (5) business days of receipt.
